TSS Academy fostering professional talent
The TSS Academy event took place in Madrid on the 2nd and 3rd of June, a historic milestone in which M.SOFT Worldwide was proud to have participated in its first edition in Spain. This first major national meeting brought together more than 300 professionals from the different Spanish companies that make up the Total Specific Solutions España group, dedicated to the development of vertical software for different vertical sectors.
The conferences held in the Naturactiva auditorium at Faunia provided an interesting and valuable shared knowledge in which we were able to consolidate the philosophy and values of the group expressed under the slogan #SoyTalento, as well as meet the professionals from Ofimática, Spyro, Baratz, M.SOFT Worldwide and Espacio IT (tourism, construction, libraries, logistics and engineering).
The TSS Spain event has been developed with the aim of promoting talent, synergies and shared knowledge between the different companies of the group with which to promote professional and interpersonal relationships and the deployment of best practices, to continuously update and develop the skills of the professionals who are part of the Total Specific Solutions group in Spain.
On the other hand, we would like to highlight personal and professional motivation as a key point of the presentations aimed at stimulating action and achieving personal and corporate goals and needs, pointing to the value of effort and self-improvement in the search for excellence.
